EMBROIDERY

What is garment embroidery?  The design is ‘digitised’ (created) using different stitching techniques (fill, satin, running) and then specialised machinery is used to stitch the finished design onto the garment. Particularly suitable for certain types of clothing including fleeces, polos, jackets and wool based garments e.g. hats and jumpers

How do we achieve this?

  • In-house ‘digitising’ using expert originators
  • 3 specialist embroidery machines: 2 x 6 head and 1 x 8 head (PICTURES??)
  • Up to 15 colour embroideries can be achieved
  • A range of specialist threads used e.g. wool, metallic, neon, matt, multicolour
  • Badges, puff (3D) effect and appliqué (stitching over fabric) all available
  • Ability to do large and small runs
  • Competitive leadtimes

Samples can be provided for approval before production.
