Q  What are the minimum order quantities for print and embroidery?

A  There are no minimum order quantities for embroidery, but please note that there is a price surcharge for orders of less than 6 garments. Transfer printing is used where possible for small print orders, so there is no minimum order quantity for this method of printing. However, for small screenprinting orders there is a price surcharge for orders less than 50 pieces.

Q  How much will I pay to setup a new printed design?

Each job that we do is unique and therefore costs vary.


Q  What sort of artwork should I supply for print and embroidery?

A  All photos/pixel images should be supplied at 300dpi in psd, tiff or high quality jpeg formats. All vector artwork should be supplied in ai, pdf or eps formats. Please make sure all fonts are supplied with artwork files or turned to outlines prior to sending. Supported applications are illustrator (up to CS3), Photoshop, In design, Acrobat, Quark Xpress.
For embroidery, a good quality jpeg image will be sufficient.

Q  Can you deliver on Saturdays?

A  We can arrange a Saturday delivery for you but there will be an additional cost. Saturday deliveries are generally morning only.

Q  Can you supply blank garments?

A  Yes we can supply blank garments.

Q  What is the maximum print size?

A  Length 56cm/22 inches
Width 42cm/16.5 inches
Any print requirements outside of these parameters – price on application.

Q  What is the maximum embroidery size?

A  The maximum embroidery size is 27.5cm square.The maximum cap embroidery is 6cm in height.
